MsingiTek Program Manager | Tanza Accelerator Role
Lead a field team to help children across an entire district strengthen their foundational literacy and numeracy. You’ll own program performance, coach your team, work closely with schools and government, and help build the ownership that makes great implementation last.
Alongside the role, you’ll take part in the Tanza Accelerator—combining the responsibility of a demanding leadership role with intensive coaching, structured learning and regular feedback.
MsingiTek Field Coach
Help schools use technology to strengthen foundational literacy and numeracy. You’ll coach teachers and education officers, use data to improve implementation, and build the skills, habits and ownership that sustain learning long after the program ends.
MsingiTek Logistics & IT Officer
Keep MsingiTek’s equipment and systems running smoothly. You’ll coordinate deliveries, track and maintain devices, solve technical and logistical problems, and follow every issue through to closure—helping ensure learning continues without disruption.
